Travel CT Technologist - $2,825 per week

About the role

Vibra Travels seeks a Travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Roanoke, Virginia, starting 10/19/2026. The position involves 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, performing diagnostic computed tomography imaging in an acute care or hospital setting to support accurate diagnosis and patient care while traveling.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans with and without contrast
• Apply radiation safety principles and contrast administration protocols
• Operate CT imaging equipment and utilize PACS for image management
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
• Maintain strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
• Remain free from illegal drug use and alcohol effects in the workplace

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active state license or certification to practice as a CT Technologist
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent CT experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (CT) certification preferred (may be required by some facilities)
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred)

Pay

Competitive hourly rate plus a tax‑free stipend (if applicable). Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation); the exact tax‑free stipend amount will be determined prior to assignment.
