Job Summary
The healthcare organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a position in Anchorage, Alaska. This role involves operating CT scanners and X-ray equipment, with a focus on providing quality imaging services in a low-volume inpatient rehabilitation and long-term acute care setting. The position offers a dynamic work environment with the potential to float within scope to assist with staffing needs at affiliated hospitals.
Job Details
- Schedule: 4x10 days shifts, primarily covering Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm, with 2-3 nights of call per week, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Certified in ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) and ARRT (CT)
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience working with older GE and Siemens CT scanners, Siemens, Fuji, GE X-ray, and C-arm equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic charting system
- Previous inpatient rehabilitation or LTACH experience
- Knowledge of radiation safety
Additional Information
- The position involves working in a 10-bed LTACH/ICU and 46-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility.
- Clinicians should expect to cover CT and X-ray needs, including working with older imaging technology.
- Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
- Valid state license or pending license accepted (license processing time 10-12 weeks).
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
