Travel CT Technologist - $2,803 per week

About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a Corporate Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Carlsbad, New Mexico. This position works 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans under supervision
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Adhere to radiation dose guidelines
• Document procedures accurately and timely
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• AART (CT) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT and X-Ray experience
• Associate in Applied Science of Radiology preferred
• Two years previous experience preferred
• Hospital experience strongly preferred
• Ability to project a professional image
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications
• Freedom from illegal drug and alcohol use

Qualifications/Skills

• Required certifications: AART (CT)
• State licensure requirements: Minimum 2 years experience, CT and X-Ray experience required
• Additional qualifications: Two years previous experience preferred, hospital experience strongly preferred
• Skills: Ability to project a professional image, knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements, strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills, ability to make independent decisions, working knowledge of computer and software applications
