About the role

Travel CT Technologist position in Thornton, Colorado. This is a night-shift role with a schedule of Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, nights
• 36 hours per week
• Monday – Wednesday

Unit Information

• Location: HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge, 9191 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229
• Equipment: 2 in-house scanners (128 and 16 slice), 1 mobile unit (64 slice)
• EMR: Meditech
• Staffing:
  • Typical daily staffing: 4 techs + supervisor
  • Weekends: 3 day staff, 1 night staff
  • Day Shift: 2 techs (1 – 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1 – 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
  • Afternoon Shift: 1 tech (Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
  • Night Shift: 1 tech (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, cross-trained tech who moves between X-ray and CT)
• Procedures performed:
  • CTA
  • ABD PELV, CAP
  • PELV, CAP
• Ideal candidate traits:
  • Highly motivated, ability to be a self-starter
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to work as a team

Requirements

• Must have:
  • Minimum 6 months of current CT Tech experience
  • ARRT (R) (CT) certification
  • BLS certification
• Preferred:
  • Night shift experience with Trauma I or Trauma II level experience
  • Experience with GE equipment, Meditech, and Centricity PACS
