Preferred Certifications & Licensure: Venipuncture certification.
But we should avoid "N/A" as filler; instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "N/A". So we should not include Education section if it's N/A. Since Education is N/A for both required and preferred, we should omit Education entirely. Similarly, we could omit Requirements if it's only certifications? But we have required certifications etc. That's substantive. So we can have a Requirements section for certifications & licensure only. We could combine required and preferred certifications. We need to avoid duplication: The posting had Required Skills & Experience and Preferred Skills & Experience repeated twice. We'll consolidate. Skills section: Required Skills & Experience: Competent in venipuncture or venipuncture certification. Preferred Skills & Experience: Graduate of an accredited radiology program. Thus Skills section will have those. Benefits: Medical benefits, 401k retirement plan, Referral bonus. Schedule: Shift: 8 hours, days; 40 hours per week; Duration: 13 weeks. We should not include headings with empty content. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's produce:About the role

Check for any duplicated lines: we removed duplicate skills lines. Good. We omitted company description. That's okay. We didn't include Pay section. We didn't include empty headings. All substantive info preserved: summary, responsibilities, required/preferred certifications, required/preferred skills, benefits, schedule. Check if any info missing: The posting also had "Education: Required Education: -N/A Preferred Education: -N/A". We omitted because it's N/A. That's fine per instruction not to include filler. Also "Required Skills & Experience: -Competent in venipuncture or venipuncture certification. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Graduate of an accredited radiology program." We included. Also "Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Competent in venipuncture or venipuncture certification. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Graduate of an accredited radiology program." duplicate; we included once. Also "Required Certifications & Licensure: -CRT License/certification. -Fluoroscopy License / certification. -Current ARRT (RT) License/certification -Current BLS certification. -Competent in venipuncture or venipuncture certification. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Venipuncture certification." We included. Also "Benefits Medical benefits 401k retirement plan Referral bonus" we made list. Also "About APN Healthcare Services IncHeadquartered in Newark, CA, APN Software Services, Inc has been inbusiness since 1996. Awarded Top workplaces awarded by Bay Area News Group in 2011, 2012,2013, 2018, 2019, 2020. We are a Certified Minority Business. Specialized in Healthcare staffing." We omitted; is that substantive? It's about the company. The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove company info, but it's not a standard section. Could be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's about the employer. Might be considered substantive but not required for the job posting. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit it, we are losing some substantive info about the employer. However typical job postings often include company description; but the instruction to remove boilerplate may consider that as boilerplate? Not sure
