About the role
- Travel CT Technologist position in Aurora, Colorado
- Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday (5 days per week)
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- Work in the CT Scan unit within a Level II trauma hospital
- Operate new GE 512, 12, and 64 Slice scanners
- Perform stroke and CTA studies, abdomen/pelvis trauma imaging, and related CT procedures
- 24/7 transporter support and 24/7 radiology leadership and peer support available
- Serve a diverse patient population
Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanners and perform diagnostic imaging procedures
- Conduct stroke and CTA studies, abdomen/pelvis trauma imaging, and related CT procedures
- Provide strong patient care with a focus on communication with staff and providers
- Adhere to AIDET patient experience standards (preferred)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of current CT Technologist experience, preferably in an acute care setting
- Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R)
- Stroke and cardiac experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
