Travel CT Technologist - $2,797 per week

About the role

12-week travel assignment starting 09/28/2026 with a 40-hour work week on a 10-hour night shift (Mon–Thu 21:00–07:30). Clinical interviewing required; manager conducts final interview. On-call and callback duties apply. Travelers will work 75% of holidays. No weekend rotation or floating required.

• 373 licensed beds (344 acute, 29 inpatient rehab)
• 30-bed ED, 46-bed ICU, 40-bed PCU, 70-bed observation, 14 OR suites
• No trauma designation
• Modalities: X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine with Radiology Nursing support
• TJC Stroke accredited
• Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50+ miles from home unit

Department details

• Average inpatient census: ~400
• Average studies: 160/weekday, 120/weekend
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient types: ED, inpatient, observation, outpatient
• CT-guided invasive procedures performed
• Anesthesia support available as needed
• Cardiac CT imaging on day shift, 7 days/week

Responsibilities

• Start peripheral IVs
• Venous and arterial phase scanning
• Multi-phase scanning
• Stroke imaging, including perfusion
• Colorectal studies
• TeraRecon knowledge preferred but not required

Requirements

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
• BLS certification

Orientation

• 1 day administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearnings, policy review)
• 2 days to 1 week departmental orientation (includes weekdays even if position is weekend-based)

• 3 CT scanners: Siemens Definition – AS 40, Siemens Force, Siemens Edge
• Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors

Pay

Pay package based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
