Travel CT Technologist - $2,785 per week

Job Summary

CT Technologist in the healthcare profession, specializing in computed tomography procedures. This position involves performing diagnostic imaging using CT equipment on outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room patients. The role emphasizes patient preparation, equipment setup, and collaboration with radiologists to facilitate accurate diagnosis.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week from 08/31/2026 to 01/04/2027.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiology
• Advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible
• At least 2 years of experience in level I or II trauma settings

Responsibilities

• Explaining procedures to patients
• Reviewing clinical data
• Preparing the procedure room
• Performing CT scans
• Administering intravenous contrast media with proper monitoring
• Assisting with sterile procedures such as biopsies
• Ensuring radiation safety
• Managing images within the PACS and Radiology Information System (RIS)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrating teamwork
• Adhering to safety and clinical standards
• Moving equipment or patients as needed (physical demand)
• Working with potential exposure to radiation and contagious patients
