The healthcare professional specializing as a CT Technologist is sought for a 13-week travel assignment in San Bernardino, California. This position involves performing computed tomography procedures within an acute care setting, primarily consisting of dayshift hours. The role emphasizes technical proficiency and the ability to adapt to different scanner types while maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Schedule

• 10-hour days, Friday through Sunday from 07:00 to 17:30
• Monday from 09:00 to 19:30
• 40 hours per week
• Initial floating requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography procedures in an acute care setting
• Operate Siemens scanners and Toshiba (Canon) Aquilion 64 and 16 models
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
• Complete charting using the Cerner system

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• Experience in California (location requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac experience (preferred but not required)
• Training provided for technologists without specific experience on Siemens or Toshiba (Canon) scanners

• Hospital’s cancellation policy allows cancellation of up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (3 shifts for shorter assignments)
