Travel CT Technologist - $2,774 per week
About the role
The CT Technologist will perform CT imaging as per established protocols to acquire diagnostic data as requested by physicians. The technologist must possess a comprehensive understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology. Knowledge in radiation protection and safety is essential, along with the preparation and administration of contrast media following hospital policy. Critical thinking and professional, ethical judgment are necessary in the quality of care provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging following established protocols.
- Demonstrate understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Maintain radiation protection and safety standards.
- Prepare and administer contrast media in accordance with policy.
- Utilize critical thinking and ethical judgment in patient care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of an AMA approved radiology program
- Relevant experience in imaging preferred
- Basic Life Support certification Required
- Registered Technologist (R) (CT) Required or Registered Technologist (R) Required

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is every other Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., alongside on-call weekend hours from 11 p.m. Friday to 11 p.m. Sunday every third or fourth weekend. On-call hours are structured to avoid overlap with the scheduled Sunday shift.
