About the role

The organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift at a healthcare facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves operating CT imaging equipment, performing advanced imaging procedures, and supporting departmental efforts in a TJC Stroke accredited facility. The position offers an opportunity to work in a busy department with a range of imaging services and patient care duties.

Job Details

  • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Shift: Nights
  • Schedule: 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Scrub color: Black
  • Free parking available in surface lots and parking decks

Orientation includes one day of administrative onboarding, followed by 2 days to 1 week of departmental orientation as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CT imaging equipment
  • Perform advanced imaging procedures
  • Start peripheral IVs for venous and arterial phase scanning
  • Support departmental efforts in a TJC Stroke accredited facility
  • Provide guest services/transport for inpatient and observation patients

Requirements

  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
  • BLS certification
  • At least 2 years of radiologic experience
  • North Carolina licensure
  • Ability to start peripheral IVs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in TeraRecon
  • Experience with multi-phase stroke imaging and perfusion studies

  • Philips iSite PACS
  • Siemens Definition AS 40, Siemens Force, Siemens Edge CT scanners
  • Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors
