About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Provide CT coverage using a GE 16-slice scanner
- Perform X-ray coverage using a Siemens portable and GE C-arm for MBS studies
- Work 4x10 hour day shifts, primarily Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Occasionally work on-call 2–3 nights per week
- Assist with weekend coverage at a nearby affiliated medical center (approximately 3 miles away)
- Chart in Epic (experience required)
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- Current BLS, ARRT (R), and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- Experience with older GE and Siemens CT scanners required
- Experience with Siemens, Fuji, and GE X-ray and C-arm equipment required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active professional license required if applicable
- Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
