About the role
The healthcare organization is seeking a CT Technologist in a radiology department. The role involves performing computed tomography (CT) and X-ray examinations, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment. The position requires independent judgment and technical skills to produce optimal radiographs in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule exams and instruct patients on preparations
- Set up and organize radiographic rooms
- Produce radiographs using proper technical factors
- Evaluate images for quality, proper exposure, and positioning
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Perform procedures requiring manual dexterity, physical agility, and keen visual and hearing acuity
- Work independently and handle emergency situations
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients, staff, and physicians
- Maintain quality service and adhere to safety standards during imaging procedures
Requirements
- Graduate with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registry certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of radiologic technology experience (minimum 0 years may be considered)
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Available to start on 09/18/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment concluding on 12/18/2026
Schedule
- Night shifts, 12 hours per shift
- 36 hours per week
