Job Summary
This position is for a CT Technologist located in Lamar, Colorado. The role involves performing computed tomography (CT) and X-ray examinations, producing high-quality radiographs, and ensuring proper patient preparation. The technologist will operate advanced imaging equipment, evaluate films for proper exposure and positioning, and assist in scheduling exams within a dynamic healthcare environment. The position reports directly to the Imaging Services Manager.
Job Details
- Location: Lamar, Colorado
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with ARRT Registry
- 1 year of experience
- COLORADO state licensing or eligibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in CT imaging and patient-centered care techniques
