About the Role
Travel CT Technologist position in Seattle, Washington. 13-week assignment starting 08/24/2026, working 36 hours per week on day shifts.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, Friday–Sunday, 08:30–21:00
- Shifts may be a mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts for both days and nights; assigned shifts and schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance
- Weekend requirement depends on the specific shift (every weekend or every other weekend)
- Holiday requirement: Yes, if scheduled day falls on a holiday
- Call is optional with 45-minute response time
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
Department Details
- Department: Radiology – CT (Computed Tomography)
- 3 scanners total: 1 GE REV CT, 2 GE REV HD
- Average scans: 65–70 in a 24-hour period across 3 scanners
- Radiologist on-site 24/7
- No Registered Radiology Assistants (RRAs) used
- Occasional floating to X-ray for ED/Inpatient/Outpatient X-ray, depending on job/shift position
Responsibilities
- Perform all routine CT exams for Inpatient, Outpatient, and ED patients
- Perform Cardiac CT, biopsy/drain, and Cryo/Microwave ablations
- Start IVs as needed (very helpful for working with outpatients)
Required Certifications & Licenses
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification required
- Certified CT Technologist – ARRT (CT) Verification required
- Certified Radiologic Technologist – ARRT (R) Verification required
- Radiation Badge required prior to starting travel assignment
- License to submit: Yes
Experience & Skills
- Must be able to perform all routine CT exams as well as Trauma
- IV skills very helpful

- PACS: SECTRA
- Windows computer software
Orientation
Typically the first 3 days are department orientation.
Dress Code
Any color scrubs as long as they look professional. Hospital scrubs are only provided for staff working in the OR.
