About the role
- 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts
- Option for either 4×10s Monday–Thursday or 3×12s Friday–Sunday
- Daily caseload: 40 patients
- Weekend requirement: see above schedules
- On-call: not required
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs: potential but unlikely
- Local candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
- Pending state license accepted
- Return-to-work (RTO) restriction: 7 total days in 13-week assignment
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans including general, OB/GYN, renal/pelvis, and vascular studies
- Operate PACS and other imaging equipment
- 3D rendering (maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, volume rendering)
- Contrast studies: abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, carotid, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, soft tissue neck, sinuses, vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), vascular CTA
- Intravenous pyelogram, enterography, colorectal studies (rectal contrast)
- Preparation and administration of contrast media
- Starting peripheral IVs and venipuncture
- Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and region-of-interest measurement (ROI)
- Radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE
- Trauma imaging (Level II Trauma Center, trauma head, musculoskeletal trauma)
- Pediatric and adult acute/outpatient care
- Charting and ability to work independently
Requirements
- ARRT-CT certification
- BLS certification
- Oregon state license
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- EPIC experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Patient age groups: neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics

Pay
- Base bill rate: $95/hour
- Overtime: $40/hour (total hours in 1 week: 9.5)
- Charge nurse differential: $5/hour
- On-call rate: $10/hour
- Call-back rate: $9.5/hour
- Holiday rate: $9.5/hour
- Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
