Travel CT Technologist - $2,719 per week

About the role

Travel CT Technologist position in Bridgeport, West Virginia. Start date: 11/02/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour evening shifts. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images of bones, organs and tissue.
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Set equipment controls, monitor equipment and patient, make adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, start IVs, inject contrast if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in exposure sequence and label appropriately.
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
• Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain an environment of excellence focused on timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment incorporating national patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
• State licensure as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Weekly payment estimates are based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week; includes gross estimate of hourly wages and reimbursements for meal, incidental, and housing expenses. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
