About the role
Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Buckhannon, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations
- Accurately document patient information and images
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and other medical staff
Requirements
- Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
- Experience in CT scanning preferred
- Knowledge of radiation safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Passing score on the Registry Examination for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam
Skills
- Proficiency with CT equipment
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
