Travel CT Technologist - $2,700 per week

Job Summary

Radiologic Technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) located in The Dalles, Oregon. This position involves operating CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues to aid in diagnosis. The role includes performing various imaging procedures such as general radiography and fluoroscopy, adhering to safety and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiologic Technology (R.T. (R)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT))
• ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment
• Venipuncture certification (preferred in California and Oregon)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Certification in CT
• Fluoroscopy license in California (CA) and Oregon (OR)
• Venipuncture certification in California and Oregon

Essential Functions

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across all age groups
• Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
• Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer
• Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information
• Ensure patient confidentiality per HIPAA and other guidelines
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
• Manage supply inventory
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
