About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography technology.
Responsibilities
- Performing CT scans according to established protocols and safety guidelines
- Assisting patients with positioning and preparing them for scanning
- Operating and maintaining CT equipment
- Documenting patient information accurately and securely
- Communicating effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current certification as a CT Technologist from a recognized organization
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam
