Travel CT Technologist - $2,687 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is seeking a quality CT Tech for a contract with one of our top healthcare clients. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/05/2026, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for medical diagnosis
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
• Set equipment controls, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as needed
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast when applicable
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and label appropriately
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
• Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record
• Load and operate power injectors for contrast media administration
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
• Maintain an environment of excellence that is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality care
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives

Requirements

• Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
• State licensure where required
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Pay & Schedule

• Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Weekly payment estimates include gross hourly wages plus reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined; recruiter will confirm eligibility and provide details
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Duration: 13 weeks
