The role involves performing a variety of imaging studies in a busy department that includes X-ray and CT procedures. The position offers an opportunity to work independently in a supportive environment with a friendly medical team. Job Details: Location: McCall, Idaho Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, every other weekend Required Qualifications: ARRT (CT), BLS Certification, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R), minimum of 3 years of experience Preferred Qualifications: X-ray experience is preferred, ability to work independently, okay with first-time travelers Certifications: ARRT in CT and Radiology, BLS certified Additional Information: Department handles approximately 24 X-ray studies and 24 CT scans daily, including orthopedics, fluoro, abdominal/pelvis CT, cardiac scoring, trauma, and stroke protocols Equipment includes Carestream X-ray and Toshiba CT scanners In-house radiologist available Monday through Friday during daytime hours; after hours and weekends, scans are reviewed remotely by radiologists No radiology supervisor or lead tech on each shift; manager is always available No IV starts at night Scrubs are provided, and orientation includes 2 weeks of day shift training Focus on quality imaging with minimal procedures, good team environment, and access to outdoor activities in a resort setting Benefits The benefits of taking a travel assignment with Cross Country include: Private housing or generous housing allowance Comprehensive health insurance with prescription coverage Dependent health insurance with prescription coverage Competitive salaries Referral bonuses Travel reimbursement 401(k) retirement plan Direct deposit/free checking Unlimited free CE credits Cross Country Allied Job ID #1296256.
