About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel Clinic CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scans on a variety of patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Administer contrast media, perform venipuncture, and start peripheral IVs as needed.
  • Document procedures using Epic (IHIS).
  • Work 4 ten-hour days, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • No weekends or on-call responsibilities.
  • No floating required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of CT tech experience.
  • ARRT (CT) certification and BLS certification required.
  • Experience with Siemens CT equipment.
  • Proficiency in isolation precautions, radiation safety, venipuncture, peripheral IV starts, and contrast media administration.
  • Valid license if applicable.
  • Two professional references required: at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor; a charge RN is acceptable as the second reference.

Qualifications

  • Ohio residents are eligible to apply.
  • First-time travelers are not considered for this position.
  • Candidates must provide a local address and be willing to undergo an Ohio fingerprinting process.
  • Candidates outside Ohio may need to travel to an in-state fingerprinting location or complete a mailed fingerprinting packet.
  • Candidates are required to submit requested time off (RTO) at the time of application and are limited to 7 days or fewer for the contract period.
  • Former facility employees are eligible to apply once they have been away from the facility for at least 6 months.
  • Parking is available on-site through CampusParc with multiple permit options, including garage and surface lot access with shuttle service.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

4x10 hour days, Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
