About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, at Fort Madison, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examination
- Position patient based on physician’s order
- Operate Computed Tomography (CT) equipment and accessories
- Produce quality images as directed by physicians and radiologists
- Demonstrate knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, CT imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, basic computer skills, and PACS
- Competency in CT procedures, protocols, and techniques
- Provide patient care and safety for all patient populations
- Perform CT and X-ray procedures independently on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Requirements
- Epic experience within the last twelve (12) months required
Qualifications
- CT Technologist Specialty
- Allied Health Professional Discipline
- Experience with Computed Tomography (CT) equipment and accessories
- Knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, CT imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, basic computer skills, and PACS
- Ability to operate CT equipment independently on weekends
Skills
