About the role
Supplemental Health Care is hiring CT Technologists for a travel contract at a partnering hospital in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The position offers professional growth and rewarding patient care as part of a leading healthcare team. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks (with possible extension). Employment type: Travel. Shift: 8‑hour nights, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
- Explaining scanning procedures to patients
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
- Evaluating CT scans to determine technical quality
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
- Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Pay
$2,440 – $2,626 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined)
Schedule
8‑hour night shifts, 40 hours per week; NOC shifts available.
