Assignment Overview

• Setting: Level III Trauma teaching hospital with 457 licensed beds, serving ED, inpatient, and outpatient patients
• Shift: 12-hour days, Saturday–Sunday–Monday, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Schedule cycle repeats every 4 weeks
• Weekend rotation and on-call schedule discussed during interview
• No floating required

Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist to support a busy radiology department across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas. The role uses Epic EMR and Siemens/GE CT equipment, with support from Radiology Nursing and Transport staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT-CT certification
• BLS certification
• License required if applicable
• NC State Licensure not required
• Photo ID required during compliance process
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible

• High-volume department culture emphasizing team accountability and patient-centered care
• 3–5 days of departmental orientation depending on modality
• Travelers expected to work 75% of holidays
