About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Cumming, Georgia, starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a radiologist.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Document patient information and procedures accurately in the medical record.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- 1+ year of recent experience in this setting.
- Valid professional license or registration if required by this state.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA, recommended and may be required.
- Valid ARRT or ARDMS Credentials per your discipline, specialty-related certifications preferred and may be required.
- Professional References.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited CT Technologist program.
- Current certification in CT from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
- Knowledge of relevant imaging equipment and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
