About the role
Travel position in Birmingham, Alabama. 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Employment Type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans primarily in the Emergency Department with high-acuity patients
- Operate Siemens and GE equipment
- Work 4×10-hour shifts (10:00 AM–8:30 PM), including some weekends, holidays, and on-call
- Float to other areas within scope as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- Certifications: BLS, ARRT(CT)
- No Alabama radiologic technologist license required
Pay
Local pay: $1,900 gross per week ($52.78/hr, $79.17/hr for overtime and holidays). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Notes
Candidates who have been submitted or worked for any UAB hospital in the past 6 months as a travel RN cannot be submitted due to a 6-month agency-to-agency rule.
