About the role
TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 12-week assignment starting August 17, 2026 at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Aventura, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans on patients
- Ensure accurate and clear images for diagnostic purposes
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification
- BLS certification
- Experience with Client and Meditech EMR systems preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized radiologic technology program
- Current registration as a CT technologist with the ARRT
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficiency with CT scanning equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

- Number of beds: 18
- Number of staff: 8
- Day shift: Director, Radiologist, 6-7 techs
- Night shift: Charge RN, On-call team, 3-4 techs, varies on volume
- Patient ratios: 1:1, 1:2, depending on stability of patient
- Equipment: ALL Client Equipment, MRI Units, scanners, cameras, x-ray, fluoroscopy
- EMR: Meditech
- Typical hiring profile: Candidates must have ARRT (CT) & BLS certifications
- Preferred skills: RT (T), ASRT FASRT
- Created pictures of bones, organs, tissues and combine to create accurate picture assessment
- Best personality fit: Communications skills, medical and anatomical skills, mechanical aptitude, ability to multi-task, work with variety of physicians, radiologists, patients
