About the role
Travel CT Technologist position available at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation.
- Operate and maintain CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during imaging procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Current state-issued license as a CT Technologist.
- Experience with CT imaging techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current certification as a Registered CT Technologist (R.T. [CT]) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Skills
- Proficiency with CT imaging software.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection principles.
