Required Experience and Qualifications

• 3 years of previous experience
• At least 1 travel contract completed
• Epic experience
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months

Preferred Experience

• RT(R)(CT)

Required Skills and Certifications

• RT(R) with Siemens experience
• Driver's License
• Work history/resume
• Skills checklist (completed within the last year)
• Licence verification
• Copy of required certifications
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission

Certification

• ARRT

Additional Requirements

• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility

Facility Information

• Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, and Fort Dodge are level 3 trauma centers
• Moline is a level 2 trauma center
• Muscatine is a level 4 trauma center
• Rock Island is a level 1 trauma center
