About the role
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare organization located in Evansville, IN. This role involves performing multi-modality imaging procedures including computed tomography (CT) and X-ray within a fast-paced outpatient, emergency department, and urgent care setting. The position is scheduled for night shifts and offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care through technical expertise and critical assessment skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-modality imaging procedures including CT and X-ray
- Work within outpatient, emergency department, and urgent care settings
- Operate GE Ascend CT, GE Definium Tempo Pro X-ray units, and Konica mKDR Xpress DR mobile X-ray units
- Utilize EPIC charting system
- Float to other hospital locations such as GW or Midtown Hospital as needed
- Work rotating holiday shifts and every weekend
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Certificate in relevant field
- ARRT Registration in CT and X-ray
- Minimum of 2 years of multi-modality experience (CT and X-ray)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Able to work as a hard worker, resilient, and adaptable to change
- Uniforms are royal blue
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC charting experience
Schedule
- Friday, Sunday, and third shift from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts, nights
