Travel CT Technologist - $2,416 per week

About the role

Location: Evansville, Indiana. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Setting: Radiology / CT & X‑ray. This multi‑modality role offers consistent night shifts, diverse patient exposure, and a fast‑paced environment across ED and outpatient settings. Trade the weekday grind for a weekend‑focused schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week, working Friday–Sunday nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Rotating holiday coverage required; no call required; floating may be required to nearby facilities. No local candidates within a 40‑mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Perform both CT and diagnostic X‑ray exams across ED, outpatient, and urgent care settings
• Ensure patient safety, positioning, and image quality for all studies
• Assist with contrast administration and monitor patient response when applicable
• Adapt quickly to changing patient volumes and acuity levels
• Collaborate with care teams to support efficient and accurate diagnoses

Requirements

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications
• Active Indiana state license
• Minimum 2 years of multi‑modality experience (CT & X‑ray)
• Experience with GE Ascend CT, GE Definium Tempo Pro X‑ray, Konica mKDR Xpress DR mobile X‑ray; Epic EMR preferred

Schedule
