Job Summary

The Radiologic Technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) will be assigned to a healthcare facility in Jacksonville, Florida. This 13-week assignment involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Friday through Sunday, and requires working within a 50-mile radius. The role includes providing imaging services to patients across all age groups, utilizing advanced CT scanners, and ensuring high-quality care according to facility protocols.

Job Details

  • Location: Jacksonville, Florida

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Graduate of an accredited radiology discipline

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

  • ARRT certification in CT (CT)(R)

  • Florida State Department of Health license

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical radiology experience

  • At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist

  • Proficiency with EPIC (Radiant) electronic medical record system

  • Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and patient communication skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic computer software

  • Familiarity with imaging and patient care equipment

  • Maintain competency in at least two modalities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology

  • Experience with Cannon CT scanners is a plus but not required

Equipment Experience

  • Knowledge of radiographic procedures

  • Familiarity with Cannon CT scanners preferred

  • Experience with EPIC Radiant system

Additional Information

  • Submission packet must include completely filled out facility type, EMR, and bed count

  • At least one reference from the last 12 months is required

  • An interview will be conducted by the unit manager

  • No RTO (Request for Time Off) is allowed during the first two weeks; RTO requests for a maximum of 8 days are permitted for a 13-week assignment

  • Travel and Float Requirements: Travel is required for this assignment, and float rotation may be required

Pay Package
