About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Lapeer, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain equipment and monitor patient during imaging procedures.
- Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and administering contrast media.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label processed images.
- Schedule patients for procedures and assist with some clerical tasks.
- Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
- Create a safe work environment for both staff and customers.
Requirements
- Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
- ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification required.
- Licensure may be required in most states.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 6 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
