About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm patient identification
  • Review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients
  • Position patients for CT scans
  • Capture diagnostic images using computed tomography equipment
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Administer radiocontrast agents as needed
  • Follow safety procedures related to radiation
  • Use the McKesson PACS system

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • BLS certification
  • National Certification in CT from ARRT
  • State-specific licensing if required
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

Qualifications

  • ARRT (CT) certified
  • BLS certified
  • 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols

Benefits

  • Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week
