Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts

Myrtle Beach, SC – Main Campus, Radiology Unit (809 82nd Parkway)

Unit Specifics

• 400 beds
• Average 180 CT exams per day across 3 scanners
• Staffing: 2 techs per scanner during the day; 3 techs overnight
• Equipment: GE 512, GE 128, GE 32 slice
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Patient population: Emergency Department and Inpatient only
• Compassionate care model

Hospital Specifics

• Joint Commission Accredited
• CT – ACR accredited

Responsibilities

• Operate GE CT equipment independently
• Perform routine CT exams for ED and IP patients, including:
• Trauma pan scans
• Head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities
• CTA

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a level 1 trauma setting
• Advanced skills in performing routine CT exams for ED and IP patients
• ARRT Radiography certification (required)
• CT certification (preferred)
• Dress code: Charcoal grey uniform
