This role is executed under the direction of a Radiologist, following established departmental protocols. Key Responsibilities Conduct various diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans of the head, brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities. Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, C-arm procedures, and operating room imaging services. Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning, including biopsy and drainage procedures. Handle imaging system processing and maintain knowledge of surgical and sterile procedures. Utilize contrast media as necessary while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cross-sectional anatomy. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited AMA program. Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in CT. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in the field. State licensure as a general radiographer. Work Schedule The position requires night shifts with a specific focus on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings.
