About the role

The Richmond-based healthcare provider is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift position. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient care through technical expertise and efficient workflow. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety during scans.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current CT experience
• Virginia State License
• 0 years of experience (entry-level acceptable)
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Team player mindset
• Must comply with dress code: Navy Scrubs

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Experience with GE or Phillips imaging equipment

Unit Information

• Department handles approximately 80-100 scans daily
• Equipment includes GE and Phillips CT scanners
• EMR: Meditech/Gant Medical Centricity PACS
• Typical procedures: ABD/PEL biopsies, heads, spines, brains, chest, CTA
• Unit staff: 7 full-time and 3 PRN personnel
• No floating areas required
• Weekend call coverage: 24 hours
