Description
Outpatient care setting with a multi-modality department including CT, Ultrasound, MRI, X-Ray, and OR procedures
Primary modality is CT using a Siemens Force CT scanner
Schedule is 3x12-hour day shifts with two options: Saturday/Sunday/Monday or Friday/Saturday/Sunday
Saturday and Sunday shifts run from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM; the Friday or Monday shift runs from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM
Requirements
- Active ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certifications required
- Current BLS certification required
- Licenses required if applicable
- Two professional references required for consideration: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or Supervisor; a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference; coworker references are not accepted

Additional Information
Local candidates are accepted
Former employees of the facility are eligible for a travel assignment after a minimum 6-month separation
Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and is limited to 7 days or fewer
Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be initiated promptly upon booking — candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to a fingerprinting location or complete a mailed packet upon receipt
