About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a position in Franklin, North Carolina. This role involves 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift as part of a travel assignment.
Type of staffing:
- Day Shift – 5 techs during the week with overlapping shifts for X-ray/CT, and 2 techs on weekends for CT/X-ray.
- Night Shift – 2 techs until 10 p.m.–midnight, then 1 tech from midnight to 7 a.m.
Patient volume averages 71 per day between X-ray and CT. Equipment includes a GE Revolution 128-slice CT, GE digital portables, and GE digital fluoro and X-ray. EMR systems used are Cerner and Philips Intellispace PACS.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine CT and imaging procedures.
- Conduct code stroke CT imaging with perfusion.
Requirements
Must-have certifications and skills (candidates without these will not be considered):
- CT/X-ray certification (RT(R))
- Preferred: CT certification in addition to RT(R)
Preferred skills (candidates with these will be prioritized):
- IV start skills
Floating areas: X-ray/CT.
