Travel CT Technologist - $2,265 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is seeking a quality CT Tech for a 13‑week travel contract in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The assignment starts 11/16/2026, runs 40 hours per week on 10‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for medical diagnosis
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
• Set equipment controls, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as needed
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast when applicable
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in exposure sequence, and label appropriately
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
• Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record
• Load and operate power injectors for contrast media administration
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner
• Maintain a patient‑focused environment of excellence with timely, compassionate care
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment incorporating national patient safety initiatives

Requirements

• Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
• State licensure where required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
