Travel CT Technologist - $2,262 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Starkville, Mississippi. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 12‑hour days. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Pay

Pay range: $2,077 – $2,262 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week). 13‑week contract with possibility to extend. AM shifts available.
