About the role
Travel position in Bryan, Texas. 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts on days and evenings. Employment type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans with and without contrast, including IV starts
- Operate and maintain 3 GE scanners (1×16-slice, 2×64-slice)
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses (16 minutes apart) as first to float
- Volume: ~16–24 scans per day
- On-call approximately every 6th week (~2 days/month) with a 30-minute response time
- Work weekends every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Occasional holiday rotation
- May be asked to precept
Requirements
- 2+ years of CT experience
- BLS certification
- ARRT (CT) certification
- Texas MRT license
- ER and inpatient CT experience (required)
- Driver’s license required at submission
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: Wed/Thurs, 12:00 PM–12:00 AM, plus any other day in the week
- 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Call: Possible, approximately every 6th week (~2 days/month)
- Scrubs: Black, not provided
- Orientation: Department-specific
