Travel CT Technologist - $2,221 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract, working weekend day shifts in a CT Scan unit at an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans under supervision, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare patients for scans, explain procedures, and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Operate CT equipment accurately and efficiently, adjusting settings as necessary.
• Document patient information and scan results accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Active state license required, if applicable.
• ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Weekend day shifts only: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts).
