About the role
The healthcare organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift position at a healthcare facility located in Asheville, North Carolina. The position involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures, including diagnostic scans and invasive procedures, in a busy clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player capable of working independently and handling a variety of imaging responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Performing neuro, musculoskeletal, body, invasive cardiac, and pediatric imaging procedures
Requirements
- ARRT certification
- Relevant training in all areas of CT imaging including diagnostic scans and invasive procedures
- Preferred experience in GE equipment, invasive CT, cardiac imaging, and venipuncture
Schedule
- Night shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week
- Potential weekend shifts and rotation to other shifts
Additional Information
The unit has approximately 800 beds and a variety of staff schedules across shifts. Equipment used includes GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors. The environment values team players who are self-motivated and able to work independently.
