Travel CT Technologist - $2,159 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years experience to perform CT imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and ED patients in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging across a variety of patient types and cases
• Transport staff available for inpatient and ED patients
• Films are sent out for reading, with a procedural Radiologist in-house
• No Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech present on each shift
• Registered Radiology Assistants are not used in this department
• Scrub requirement is a royal blue top with black pants
• Schedules are set by the manager; no self-scheduling or block scheduling available
• Orientation shift count based on individual technologist and department comfort level

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CT Technologist
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT-RT(R) certification required; ARRT-RT(CT) preferred
• Licenses required if applicable
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Able to occasionally start IVs

Qualifications

• Acute care hospital experience

Skills

• Knowledge of EPIC EMR, Merge PACS, and Sinora PACS systems

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
