About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography technology
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations
- Accurately document patient information and images in the electronic health record
- Adhere to radiation dose management protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret images and provide reports
Requirements
- Current state certification as a CT Technologist
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized radiologic technology program
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification exam
Skills
- Proficiency with CT equipment and software
- Knowledge of radiation protection principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
