Travel CT Technologist - $2,020 per week
Job Description & Requirements
Supplemental Health Care is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity starting ASAP at a partnering Hospital in Beckley, West Virginia. The position requires a current ARRT (CT) certification and active state radiologic technologist license. Key qualifications include 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist and prior CT imaging experience.
Duties
- Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
- Evaluating CT scans to determine technical quality
- Explaining scanning procedures to patients
- Sanitizing radiologic equipment to maintain patient safety
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
- ARRT (CT) certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
- Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
- 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols
CT Tech Contract Details
- $1,836 - $2,020 per week
- 13-week contract with possible extension
- NOC shifts available
- 36 hours per week
