About the role
The facility is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift position in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing computerized tomography (CT) equipment to deliver high-quality imaging services to patients across all age groups, from newborns to the elderly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and complying with department standards while providing effective and efficient imaging support.
Schedule
- Night shift, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing CT equipment
- Ensure high-quality imaging services for patients of all age groups
- Comply with department standards and ensure patient safety
- Complete all established competencies within the designated introductory period
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Ensure image quality and perform diagnostic procedures
Requirements
- Certification(s) in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Relevant degree in education
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in imaging procedures, radiation safety, and patient care for diverse age groups
